bonjour, montreal!

A couple of weekends ago, we took a lil' trip north of the border to take class at the urban-element studio in montREAL--and, let's be honest, to get some poutines up in our grill pieces...here are some pics from the trip :)

Hope everyone is having a fantastic week--don't worry, only Thursday stands in the way of our Friday evening dizzance class! REMEMBER FREAKERS: it's at 5pm! Until 7pm! GREAT! New dance on Friday too so there's lots to be excited about :)

Just a lil' FYI...class on Friday has been changed to 5-7pm--workout from 5-6pm and dance from 6-7pm! Everything else is the same. We promise.

POGS ALL AROUND! (sweaty ones?!)

Pretty sweet 'fros for the Halloween festivities...that's about all I have to say about that--
